Choosing your photo
A better photo creates a better finished piece
A few simple things make the difference. Here is what to look for.
Good photo
Clear subject, natural light, close enough to see important details.
Avoid
Too dark, blurry, far away, or too many small faces.
We may ask for another photo if:
- The image is blurry or very small
- The subject is too far away
- The face or main detail is too dark
- The photo is a screenshot or heavily filtered
- Important details are cut off
- You do not have the right to use the image

Is this a finished print or a kit I complete myself?
It is a kit you complete by hand. We prepare a canvas with printed dot circles; you fill each one with the included dot pen to reveal your image.
Will you check my photo before making the kit?
Yes. Every photo is reviewed by a person before production. If anything could affect the result, we contact you before making your kit.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear subject in natural light, close enough to see important details. Avoid images that are dark, blurry, very far away or that contain many small faces.
What happens if my photo is not suitable?
We will contact you and ask for another photo before production begins. Your kit is never made from an image that will not work beautifully.

Can I use a photo of a pet?
Yes. Pets make wonderful pieces. A clear, well-lit photo where the animal is close to the camera works best.
Can I use any image I find online?
Only use images you have the right to use. Please do not upload copyrighted or professional images you do not own without permission.
How long does delivery take?
Kits are typically delivered within 5–7 days after your photo is reviewed and approved.
