01 Delivery and tracking
Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking by email.
02 Order Guarantee and delivery issues
If you added Order Guarantee at checkout, we handle eligible delivery delays, loss or damage directly and quickly. If you did not add it, your legal rights are not affected. We will open an investigation with the shipping company and help you through the next steps.
03 Custom photo orders
Upload your chosen image and we will turn it into a personalised dot painting kit. Preparation usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
04 Returns
Unused standard kits can be returned according to our returns policy. Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a fault or production error.
