2. Use of our website

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must not use our website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, misleading or intended to interfere with the proper operation of the store.

3. Our products

Paint By Dots sells dot painting kits, creative art kits, accessories and personalised products.

We try to show and describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Small variations in colour, material, screen display or final appearance may occur.

For personalised products created from your own photo, the final result depends on the quality, lighting, contrast, composition and detail of the image you provide.

4. Personalised photo products

If you order a product using your own photo, you are responsible for making sure that you have the right to use and upload that image.

You must not upload images that are unlawful, offensive, abusive, infringing, private without permission or otherwise unsuitable for production.

We may refuse to produce an order if the uploaded image is unsuitable, unclear or appears to infringe someone else’s rights. If this happens, we will contact you by email.

Personalised products are made specifically for you and are not returnable unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not mean that the order has been accepted if there is an obvious error, payment issue or other problem that prevents fulfilment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, the order appears fraudulent, or the order contains unsuitable personalised content.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website in the currency available for your market.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment is taken through the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been authorised.

7. Production and delivery

Many of our products are made individually for you.

The usual production time is 2 to 4 working days.

The total delivery time, including production and shipping, is usually 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, courier delays, customs checks, address issues or questions relating to personalised orders.

8. Customer details

You are responsible for making sure that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

This includes your delivery address, email address and telephone number.

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays, failed delivery or additional costs.

9. Returns and refunds

Non personalised products may be returned in line with our Returns and Refunds policy.

Personalised products, including products created from your own photo, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@paintbydots.co.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and any damage.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, graphics, branding, layout and other materials, belongs to Paint By Dots or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit, sell or use our website content without written permission.

12. Customer photos and shared content

If you upload a photo for a personalised order, we use it only to review, produce and deliver your order, and to provide customer service related to that order.

We will not use your uploaded photo in marketing, social media or on our website without your separate permission.

If you tag us, send us a finished artwork photo or give us permission to share your content, you confirm that we may use that content for Paint By Dots marketing, social media, website and community purposes.

13. Reviews and feedback

If you leave a review or send feedback, you agree that we may display it on our website, product pages, marketing materials or review platforms.

We may remove reviews or content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, abusive or unrelated to our products or services.

14. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
